About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Filmmaking school starting in May 2015!

ABOUT ME

I'd say I'm a decent human being, at least I try to be.
I am hungry.
I'm really respectful and of course easy-minded and open-going (!?)

At 22 years old I suddenly realized that the faculty of Economics and Management wasn't meant for me... so I packed my stuff and went to London in order to find a home and a job, but most of all to change everything.
After a year working as waiter and bartender I decided it was time to do what I've always wanted to do: backpacking all over Europe.

It was a truly life-changing experience, four months of hitchhiking alone for approx 12000 km really shaped the person I am now.

After that I was accepted to study Filmmaking in London and in the meantime I'm working as waiter/bartender.

I'm extremely open minded and I really like to meet new and interesting people and I'd love to have meaningful and deep conversations...

I don't smoke.

DISCLAIMER FOR GIRLS
This thing shouldn't be needed but I've heard a lot of stories so I'd like to specify that I know that Couchsurfing is not a dating website, of course if I send you a request I think you're interesting but I'm only looking for a couch, I'm definitely not the slimy kind and I'm quite the opposite of what you may think of the stereotypical Italian latin-lover.

PHILOSOPHY

The only certain thing is that you have to die someday.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's an incredible place.

Interests

I really love cinema (mostly dramas and meta-brainy-stuff but actually the genre doesn't really matter) photography and music.

I really like a lot of different kinds of music but I think that to really enjoy music you have to play it and not just listen to it.

This led me to play guitar, a little bit of drums, to mess around with composition and production... I like to mess around with Ableton Live, pads and buttons and pedals and midi devices, loop stations, reverbs, delays, effects and whatnot. I also try to compose songs (from electronic stuff to ambient to post-rock or whatever I come up with...) and I love jamming with other people (mostly bluesy stuff).

Teach, Learn, Share

I will gladly teach everything I know about guitar playing, but also about producing and recording and playing live with Ableton. I've developed quite some skills in live looping as well.

And don't forget I'm Italian, I can teach you how to cook pasta, make pizza, play mandolin, love your mommy and of course how to put a horse's head in your enemy's bed.
