I work in the wine industry as a cellar hand, and travel in between jobs. Just got to NZ a few weeks ago, and am traveling until mid-March, when I start work in Nelson. I'm interested in exploring as much of the South Island as possible before work starts, and am particularly into trekking and rock climbing - or really anything outdoors. And also I want to make friends! I don't know many people here, but everyone I've met so far has been super.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I lived in a monastery near Lyon, France and worked on the dairy farm that they ran. Feeding week-old calves (their tongues! like cat tongues but 18 times bigger) and eating cheese produced on site were highlights.
