I've traveled to various countries, been on quite a few islands in South east Asia especially Thailand.

I love a good sunset and sunrise as well. Everywhere around the world, I make an effort to enjoy that moment.

On weekends, I'm out for a run/walk/hike at 6.30am and that have been going for 1.5 years. On top of that, I join a weekly yoga class whenever I am available.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I now have a small house in the far west of Singapore and would be open to hosting 1-2 people now and then from different countries whenever time allows. I have an ikea foldable bed and a spare foldable mattress that surfers can stay in the living room. It's a house so it has a washer/dryer etc.

My house is considerably far from city (singapore is not big so our “far” definition is probably acceptable by most overseas folks). By public transport, its 45mins to 1 hour to town (centre of the island), by grab/taxi, it will take half the time because my house is close to the highway.

A friend has tried hosting couch surfers before and highly recommended so I thought it would be good to try.

So many things to share and learn from others.

I do quite a lot of volunteering throughout the years, both business and charity orientated so it'll be interesting to learn more from others who are looking to embark or equally active in volunteering.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Prefer non-smokers and no parties in the house.

No invitation of strangers to stay over.

Personally, depending on timings and periods, I may have a lot of work + personal events to attend to and hence may not be able to show surfers around. Hence, not guaranteed but am happy to provide info/suggestions on whatsapp when asked.
