ABOUT ME

I'm living the good life at home in Vancouver, Canada teaching outdoor sports and enjoying the city. I've previously Spent some time teaching surfing and kayaking near Melbourne, Australia, surfed and couch surfed my way up the east coast, sailed the coast of QLD, trekked in Nepal and just soaked up India for a few months. But now I'm back in Vancouver and have traded in the surf board for skis and kayaks.

PHILOSOPHY

...still working on that one. Something about not harming people or the planet. Think before consuming.

Couchsurfed a bunch in the past. Trying out the hosting thing for a change.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed a lot few years back in small town Australia from Melbourne to Brisbane - all great experiences so far. Also lots of "unofficial couch surfing" during my previous years traveling and living abroad.

Hosted a couple of times too.

Good food and related veggie gardening, cooking and tasty beer and wine. Getting outside and active: surfing, hiking, climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, camping and biking (I'll try almost any sport once). Live music, especially at festivals.
