Overview
About Me
26 year old Californian native. Still trying to figure what path I want for my life, but as I'm doing so, I'm going to try to create as many wondrous, exciting, weird, and thrilling memories to look back on later in life.
Work wise, I'm primarily a writer. I've written for some national magazine publications and have covered music festivals like Air + Style and Coachella for KUCI 88.9 FM, and have gotten the chance to interview my favorite artist (Julian Casablancas of The Strokes). Currently I'm the Social Media Coordinator for a business nonprofit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I feel more like myself, more in tune with who I am when I am out, traveling and struggling on my own. It's a beautiful feeling.
Another reason I'm here is because I do like the idea of meeting with people from all corners of the world. I sometimes find that I'm comfortable with strangers more than I am with people I know, so couchsurfing seems like something I'd want to try out.
And the obvious reason for couchsurfing - Traveling - Seeing the world

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Anything by George Sanders, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, The Giver, The Grapes of Wrath, David Sedaris, Where the Red Fern Grows
Music: Anything that sounds good!
Generally, my preferences tend to lean toward rock, alternative, indie, indie-electronica but there are songs that I've found to love in the genres of soul, jazz, blues, hip hop, and rap.
ex: The Growlers, Gorillaz, The Strokes, Kendrick Lamar, Kimbra, Keane, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys
Movies: I'm not really into watching movies (I'm not fond of sitting still for an hour and a half, unless I'm doing something productive). But there have been some films like Johnny Stichinno, Life is Beautiful, Akira, Forest Gump, and pretty much any zombie flick
