"Rosa, Rosom, Rosi, Rosita, Roserl, Röschen, Rosilein,... there's not one name that can fully describe you" Although it was a long long long time ago that my kindergarten teacher wrote that I think it might still be the best description for me even when people express it differently now...as whether I am from the US or Austria.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosted and hope to hoste couch surfers in the near future as I will finally have my own flat!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only couch surfed once but I see it as a great way to expand your horizons: whether you are the one hosting or being hosted you meet people from different parts of the world. And because it is cheap it give people the opportunity to travel more.

Interests

I love languages! Not because I particularly enjoy learning the grammar and rules of a language in class (although I guess it's necessary :) but because I love traveling somewhere and putting my gained knowledge to use..so for me languages and traveling very much go hand in hand. Otherwise I also like doing sports, volunteering with children, having fancy coffee with friends (I am from Vienna after all :)... and a lot of other things that i can't think of now

I have walked 867 km in 28 days with a 10kg backpack (it sounds more than it is though).

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach/learn/practice different languages. I can teach or help you with german, english...some french and I'd love to get the opportunity to speak serbian/croatian/bosnian/montenegrin or to learn spanish or italian!
