I want to see the world! I find people very interesting and so I really enjoy travelling to new places, meeting the locals and experiencing their culture. Life is too short to sit on the sidelines, live it!

ABOUT ME

If you asked my friends, they would probably laugh and say I`m a contradiction; I`m really smart and responsible, but I`m also chilled back and love to laugh and have fun! I rarely get very stressed out, and I`m good at taking lifes joys and obstacles in stride. I love to meet new people, I absolutely love to travel, and I`m almost always open to trying new things (except real sushi: I just can`t wrap my head around eating raw fish!) I love sports, go running almost everyday, and I`m always looking for a buddy to go hiking with. I also really enjoy the water, and thus any sport related to the water - swimming, scuba diving, water skiing - is a definite favorite! Moreover, I really enjoy art and architecture and thus I tend to spend a lot of time in churches while I`m traveling because I really enjoy the detailed stone architecture :)

At the moment, I am unable to host, but I'm always excited to meet new people so maybe we'll go on an adventure together someday!

So far my couchsurfing experiences have been really positive and I look forward to meeting more amazing people.

Interests

I really enjoy experiencing the hustle and bustle of city life and going out for an amazing time with my friends, but my heart will always be most at peace in the beautiful mountains where I grew up :) I just love to play in the great outdoors!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did an academic exchange to New Zealand, and the entire 6months I was there was absolutely amazing; NZ is an incredibly beautiful country and the people are even friendlier than Canadians!

In Hawaii I had the best scuba dive of my life (including the Great Barrier Reef) and I swam with a reef shark, many sea turtles and bright fish, and I got to hold an octopus :) Also, the skydive I did in Hawaii was amazing and I would like to become a certified skydiver :D
