I work in the non-profit sector, doing suicide prevention education in the Boston Area. I really enjoy my work... but I also really enjoy hopping on the train at the end of the day, and disconnecting from everything with a good book, podcast, or my daily attempt at the NYTimes crossword.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been fortunate enough to have Couchsurfed in Greece, Slovakia, and Ukraine, and hosted many a fellow Peace Corps Volunteer in my old apartment in Ukraine. I cherish those experiences and connections and think back on them quite fondly.

While I haven't yet had the pleasure of hosting anyone in Boston, I look forward to someday being able to give back and host my own guests-- I love my hometown and I look forward to sharing it with others!

Interests

Exploring new places on foot, cooking, reading, doing crossword puzzles, listening to music (loudly), playing pickleball, spending time with fun and interesting people, karaoke, board games, watching the same funny shows over and over again..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Escaped a near fatal car accident in Namibia with just some bruised ribs and a scar on my finger.
