Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought it would be a more interesting way to stay in places than hotels. I like meeting people and getting the DL of a place from locals.

Interests

Health and wellness. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. I participate in climbing, trail running, biking, hiking etc. I love deep house music and I am traveling across the country and going to Burning Man. I love gardening and eating healthy food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to dance. Deep house is my jam. I think it is my church as well. I have gotten out of the pleasure of reading for some reason. Trying to get back into it with Gone Girl.
I love watching documentaries anything to do with the planet, philosophical movies and adventure. Lots of climbing movies and docs watched at this house. 180* South is a great example of my kind of film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a four month amazing road trip across the country. I slept outside more then I slept inside during that time and met countless people and had many great experiences. I hope to do more long trips.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have had a very interesting experience of being bit on the ass by a copperhead while peeing at a festival then spending 4 days in the hospital. It's a good story

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have two somewhat barkey,cuddly, sweet Shitzus and a husky. He doesn't live in the house with us. We love animals in this house.
Both my husband and I enjoy the outdoors and we can give you good beta on great hikes, climbs and paddles in the area.
