ABOUT ME

Hey guys, so its hard not to sound a little cheesy but I am a traveling student, currently on exchange in Brisbane but slipping in some travel in the meantime. I love meeting new people, and I think its definitely the people you have met not the places you have been that you remember. I am new to Couchsurfing but want to get more involved. I travel with an open mind and a toothbrush. :D

PHILOSOPHY

oh god.. this changes. I add and backtrack but I suppose a favourite quote that I try and follow is this:

Love like you will die tomorrow, Learn like you will live forever.

I know right... so deep... cant get any deeper than that. hahaha

Intereses

Yes I have interests but I think over all of them my main interest is trying something new. In general I like to be outdoors whether its opening a bottle and watching a sunset or running up a hill to watch the sunrise. Over time I have enjoyed trying my hand at rock climbing, kayaking, walking/hiking, films and photography, professional doodling, making tea and lots of it, cooking.... eating... baking... eating. (Yerp Im a foodie) Oh and I am interested in People, language and culture- a true busy body.

Música, películas y libros

Dont know why but I have never been able to read fiction, maybe its my strong cling to reality or just a true lack of imagination. Having said that I love a good film. From a family favourite- Local Hero to cult films of my teens- Ferris Buellers Day Off- but now I have a strong appreciation for anything from Tarantino to Todd Phillips.

Oh and my itunes is the most eclectic ever so I wont start trying to summarise that!
