Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

only couchsurfed a little but I love it! I can't offer a couch right now, but I really really want to/plan to/hope to in the future. The first thing I am going to do when I am more settled into a place is start hosting couchsurfers. I love meeting new people and am always curious about others' experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a newbie at couchsurfing, but I am really excited by it and predict I am going to become addicted to it. I love the idea and of constantly meeting new people and learning about their lives.

Music: These days mostly rap and neo-soul/r&b. I also like Bob Dylan, Kimya Dawson, Jeff Lewis, Joanna Newsom, Laurie Anderson, and lots of experimental electronic stuff.

I read a lot mainly small press poetry and essays

I also love comics but mostly indie comics these days

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm less amazed by visual splendor or beauty or whatever than I am by the way people represent themselves and the connections I feel in the process.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play beginner banjo, I used to take boxing lessons so I can show you the basic stance, and I am really good at thumbwrestling. I mean I am really good. Actually I am undefeated. this is true: if you beat me at thumbwrestling you will become the new world champion.
