ABOUT ME

I'm a sunny girl always smiling, always happy, I love food, the sun, sports and learning more about other cultures. I graduated from my apprenticeship as a Secretary, then worked for 7 years in two tax-offices in Germany. Currently We're on the road again after my husband and I have been working in CH for the past 4+ years.

PHILOSOPHY

Don´t think about it, do it. But... think enough before you take the first step and make sure to take care of your friends, family and nature.

I always try to live in a positive way and to be friendly/polite to everybody.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about couchsurfing from my language school in Germany, that this would be the best way to really get into a culture. And I'll definitely host, when I'm back in Germany for longer than just a few days/weeks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was amazing to meet new people. I love this way to meet people, new cultures and countries. To explore them with the tips of someone "in the know". To join some locals, talk and spend time with them, cook together and have a lot of fun and interesting conversations.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm still in love with AVATAR and could watch it over and over again! I like grand designs and anything to do with building houses, creating lovely gardens or documentaries about wildlife. I love listening to the radio and don't have any specific

I like the german book crime series "Kluftinger" he is a village police officer in Bavaria and the books are very funny and full of normal situations "from everyday life".

The typical girly films with love, crying and nice boys, House...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving with Manta Ray(s), Shark, Moray. Skydiving. Stayed in New York and on the Moldives. Drove an Audi TT ;-), Was a Model for a short time on a Wedding Tradeshow... Helped to prepare a few weddings from my family and friends.

And over all surfing on many couches and meet a lot of different and amazing people.

I can teach you in cooking and baking, just a bit! I'm not a chef but I can also help you in German.
