Originally from upstate NY, have lived in Spain, Ecuador, Central America and Mexico, currently living in Tucson AZ and about to be traveling through Barcelona and Paris for a few weeks in June 2023.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've found that the couchsurfing community if full of interesting, open, and generous people and I would love to get to know more of them. I've hosted and when I'm traveling, I like to get to know places off the beaten track while also on a backpacker's budget, so couchsurfing seems like the way to go!

Mi experiencia es que la comunidad de couchsurfing esta llena de gente interestante, abierta, y generosa y me encantaría conocer más de ellos. He dado hospedaje a algunos couchsurfers y cuando viajo, prefiero conocer los lugares menos turísticos y más económicas entonces parece buena opción!

Cooking and eating, markets, making delicious cocktails, coffee, visitng new cities and places, hiking and running, reading, photography, a good sunset. Learning about other cultures and their histories, staying informed about sociopolitical movements and the struggles and stories of resistance of so many beautiful, resilient communities around the world and especially in Latin America.

Cocinar y comer, tomar mezcal, hacer cocteles deliciosos, conocer a nuevos ciudades y lugares, hacer caminatas, correr, leer, fotografía, un buen atardecer. Aprender sobre otras culturas y sus historias, quedarme informado sobre movimientos sociopoliticales y las historias de lucha y resistencia de tantas comunidades bellas por el mundo y más que nada en Latinoamérica.
