ABOUT ME

Hey! thanks for checkin' me out!

Here goes! I love to travel and enjoy meeting new and exciting people, specifically other fashionistas, artists, photographers, and designers! Currently... I live in Chicago, but I'm all about exploring additional opportunities that involve the fashion industry. Eventually I hope to relocate to a fashion capital outside of the United States.

FYI: I am a clothing designer, fashion stylist, and also a hair model! I have had many jobs in the fashion industry and also the restaurant industry. I hope to work while traveling. Another passion I have is writing/ blogging.

Also, I've been following the Mediterranean diet... but with a Pescatarian basis. I have really been trying not to eat meat at all while on my trip. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try and attend the CS meet ups and host when I can. I find that many of my closest friends were born outside of the U.S. and I gravitate towards people from all over because the unfamiliar excites me. Learning from friends is also great and I hope people can also learn something from me. If you are coming to Chicago... I will try to be available to show you around the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For the most part, positive. Generally, I have met very interesting and open-minded people. I think I'm a bit too independent at times, so I find myself wanting some alone time... and it's great when hosts honor that. Many people I've met like being shown around each area... but I also find myself discovering a lot on my own. :)
