About Me

I'm a student in the Hague in the Netherlands. I'm majoring in the humanities so most of my subjects are related to art or literature. I grew up in Scotland and lived in London for a long time. I like cooking, baking, taking walks, cycling, being outdoors, and lots and lots of sunshine!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love electronic music, heavy techno, house, minimal, or even classical or anything in between. Bit of pop but anything fun that's got a good dancing beat! Classical when I'm studying. Basically there's a right time and place for most kinds of music!

Books - fave book is The Kite Runner. And read an interesting book by an Iranian journalist about the 2009 election. I'm studying at the moment and love the fact that I'm being introduced to so much new material, different points of view and being encouraged to critique them and form opinions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed Ben Nevis twice - which is the tallest mountain in the UK. Amazingly, both times the weather was really really sunny!

Teach, Learn, Share

Be open, because it's the only way you can learn and grow. Developing yourself as a human being is the most important thing in life. There's so much to learn about this world, and the more of it we see, the better.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a fun, easy going person and I'm very easy to chat to so... I like to think that I can share my warm heart and fun personality.
