Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel for 30 days, three times per year and see as much of the world as I can.
ABOUT ME
After bartending for 3 years I became a chemical engineering student at Michigan Tech. Chose Michigan Tech because it's in a super-unpolluted area and own a ski mountain 5 minutes from campus. Lots of old mines to explore and crazy outdoorsy people. I use my summer internships to travel around the country.
PHILOSOPHY
Karma exists. Life is way more than what we experience it to be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Willing to host anyone for a night or two.
Interests
I read a lot, go to bars/restaurants, hang out with all sorts of people. I'd spend all day outside if I could. I can't stand sun tanning ... how can you be on a beach and not be compelled to run around and play?

Music, Movies, and Books
I like non-fiction movies. It's not that I don't like acted movies, it's that facial expressions on people when they're acting aren't real. I like how in factual shows, facial expressions are a million times more expressive.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacking Pictured Rocks. Flying an airplane. Rock climbing Red River Gorge. Sailed across Lake Superior.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm good at games - card games, dominos, board games, I can teach you new ones or teach you how to play better.
I can teach math, science, computers, engineering.
I can teach how to tie knots from sailing and rock climbing.
