About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live a meaningful and productive life. To be of service to the world.
ABOUT ME
I hope to have a journey of unexpected interactions and the only way I can think to facilitate that is by having no itinerary and minimal expectations. I almost always travel with a skateboard even when it's really impractical and sometimes it comes in handy.
PHILOSOPHY
to always learn
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I joined I have not lived anywhere long enough to offer up a couch but being a part of this makes me want a nice home to share with people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While living in Colorado and working as an adaptive ski instructor I rented a house that already had someone living under the stairs when we moved in so we had a full time couch surfer and he turned out be a great addition to the household.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like Tom Robbins books and Douglas Adams. I like outdated technical manuals and books about long voyages on small boats.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
each day is more amazing than the last. except four tuesdays ago, that one was a little dull.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach sailing and coastal navigation.
I teach adaptive skiing and snowboarding (disabled sports).
I am a decent bike mechanic.
I have also worked as a surfing instructor.
I would be happy to share my experience wherever applicable.
