CURRENT MISSION

Would like to get a job teaching English, so I have a few interviews lined up in Madrid, so would love a couch to stay on for a week (16th-23rd). If I get one I'll try to stay in the city. Have been to Madrid before, would love to explore it more.

ABOUT ME

I have just finished college, I love travelling and would like to experience other cultures. Love books and movies, and will have a go at any sport, I love football and rugby. My long term goal would be to become a historian. Love socializing and a good laugh, would be up for a few drinks!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the community, but have stayed on friends couches all around Ireland, Britain, and Ghana. Any couch will do, I'm not fussy.

Intereses

I love reading and writing, I especially enjoy history (what I did in University), and fiction. I enjoy sports, especially rugby and football. I love travelling.

Música, películas y libros

My favorite author is Neil Gaiman, but I love to read genres varying from fiction to books on political theory. Same with movies and music, if it's good, the genre doesn't matter to me. My favorite genre of music is rock, but can listen to pop as long as it has some quality. I love sci-fi but also enjoy serious dramas or comedies. my favorite ever TV series is The Wire.

I was in Ghana for monsoon season and the town I was staying in (which bordered the jungle on two sides) was cut off completely by water for a day. So I was basically living on a jungle Island for a day.

I've just finished a four year Arts degree, so have loads of (semi)useful information to share. I'm a qualified English teacher, and love learning new skills and languages. I would like to learn Spanish especially.
