About Me

I've been working in various fields for different Centres in the BPO Industry here in the Philippines. The last company I was with was a UK IT Company based in Cebu and resigned as the Manager last year. I've been working for 10 years but hasn't even saved anything despite which company, what post, how big the salary is. I can't refuse anyone who needs help and I can help. My Boss taught me to say "No" at times and I learned. So I had to say "No" to working anymore and be free. So I'm jobless now. Hahaha!
I love to travel. I was born in the Year of the Dragon and my Star Sign is Aquarius. If you know the meaning of all of this, then you know how crazy, weird, and unique I am. :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I realized I want to travel more, experience the free life, and develop my social interaction skills. I was doing a research when I happened to find info about Couchsurfing and I really liked the whole concept. I am a Boholana and in our culture, we were taught to be welcoming guests and host them.

Music, Movies, and Books

"The Bluenowhere" Jefferey Deavers. Too many Movies I can't even choose one. I like anything where I can learn from it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I freed myself from stress, pressure, and learned to stand up last year after 28years.

Teach, Learn, Share

Depends on what you want to know, I can teach you a lot of things.
I want to learn more about your culture and your experiences when you were travelling.
Just any stories you can remember and I'd be happy.
I'll share a good experience, laugh or two and probably more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to set proper expectations and want to tell you that our house is not as comfortable as you might think.
Our house was up for renovation when my parents separated and nobody took the responsibility of finishing it so it is totally not pleasant to look at. The great part about the house is that it is known to be very memorable. My parents used to hold clan reunions, family gatherings and such in this house. It is also known as a refugee camp of friends, family, or random people we meet who needs a place to stay. My mother said it all started when I was 5 and first brought home a kitten then right after was an old blind man I met on the street and asked my parents to adopt him.
