Overview
About Me
I live in Paris, France while working on classes online through my university in Indianapolis. I was raised in the land of corn (Indiana), but have spent the last five years of my life expanding my horizons and seeing as much of the world as possible. I care deeply about issues of social justice and personal growth, my own and others. I believe stagnation of identity is what leads to a lot of personal and societal issues we see in the world we live in today. I thrive when I'm meeting new people and hearing stories from cultures different than my own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couch surfing because I love meeting new people and hearing stories of adventure. The people who have influenced me so greatly are often the ones I've known for a brief period of time. I enjoy making connections with people from all over the world. Couchsurfing is a great way to make those connections and meet new, interesting people.
Interests
Dancing captivates me, having intellectual conversations and reading inspires me, and my faith gives me the desire to live each day to its fullest potential. Meeting new people and hearing new perspectives is a passion of mine. You can often find me reading a book in a downtown coffee shop, hiking or running the nearest trails, or at a new restaurant with new or old friends.
In Paris, I love shopping the open air markets for fresh produce, meandering through museums, getting lost in the different arrondissements, and enjoying the beautiful parks.
