Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Have been on couchsurfing before years ago and really loved the cultural exchange - staying in a hotel tells you nothing about what the locals do and like. Also what they eat. I would much rather go to your local supermarket and try something new or YOUR favourite restaurant 😊
staying at a couchsurfing place you will see the things they like to do, even eg comic books on the wall, I like the little details people have to share! And I love like minded travellers!
And yes... also someone to tell you all the best places to see and make sure you do not miss anything!
If someone came to my hometown of Bristol and didn't see the Banksy artworks or cathedral I would be upset!
I'm currently travelling around France on my motorbike with basically no plan because now I have finished the cheese trail around Normandy (love Normandy cheese and Cidre) and will be moving on to Brittany next. So I am hoping for someone to show me how cool Brittany is! It's massive!
Hope to see you soon.
P.s - I am trying to find my old hosts to verify me and give me good feedback but this may take some time... I'm spending all my time eatting cheeeeese 😂

Music, Movies, and Books
Jules Verne books. Like loads of TV like game of thrones, breaking bad, friends.
I like electronic music but will listen to anything! I even love classical music - the opposite of techno 😂
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking a Kayak and finding my own little island in el Nido (Philippines), and camping there, watching the stars. Then watching the sea at night: it looked like it had stars in it because of blue glowing plankton! The next morning I saw a silver sphere rise from the sea coming towards me - a feeding frenzy. The most incredible 2 things I've ever seen, in one place 😂
Teach, Learn, Share
Not sure what teach learn share wants me to do here - but I would teach you Carpe Diem: Live in the moment! Have fun, be kind to others and travel the world!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have many stories to share, and much experience living abroad, as well as teaching English which I can help you to make it your passport to the world (as I used it!).
I can host soon in England, In a Tudor cottage in the countryside.
Countries I’ve Lived In
China, England, France, Thailand, Wales
