ABOUT ME

Hello everyone !

Having been born in Russia and growing up in Germany I am what some might consider a multicultural character. After finishing school I spent some time in Canada (Montreal) working as a customer support agent, and afterwards as a Chef back in Germany. The last 4 years I continued working as a Chef and visited the University in a relatively small town called Tübingen. I had an insight in a broad variety of subjects like Literature, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy and Theology. After getting tired by the same work-rest-repeat-cycle I thought it would be a good idead to take a break and getting in touch a bit more with my Eastern European Roots!

Stress Resistance was a highly essential trait during my work and I consider myself as a decent and very orderly person. I couldn't finish my studies though 'cause I lacked the time and concentration.

I would love to get more in touch with nature and learn a bit about general agriculture or horses. That is why I joined the WWOOF Community. I was hoping I could use the time abroad to get more involved in some exercises and improve new skills and knowledge.

But I would also like to meet some locals during my travels and not only stay at Hostels and WWOOFing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer an open mind and easy going attitude. Be as crazy as you like in my presence, I can handle most characters.
My past as a chef might give the impression that I like to cook, but I consider myself a very chaotic cook. I can share some of my recipes but the list is not as long as one might expect.
