ABOUT ME

I'm a very calm person hard to find in low spirits. I love to learn languages, though usually I don't get to a high level of them, I just taste them. :) I like to do music; I sing in two choirs, I play on some instruments (mostly at low level) and I listen to it much as well. I love pubs, festivals or places of a calm atmosphere to sit and talk with friends. I like to drink wine, spirits and orange juice. And water. Sports are important for me, mostly basketball, football and cycling, but I also play squash regularly, and I like hiking in nature too. I prefer mountainous landscapes to flatlands for beauty, diversity and the more challenge for cycling/hiking. I love to travel and to see the world. I got my university degree in 2008, since then I work as a software developer.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is nice, just maybe different. We must tolerate others with patience to understand their motives and thus perhaps to learn from them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to rock and blues, sometimes jazz, or anything else I happen to like.
I don't like stupid movies (unless they are so stupid that it's rather funny), I prefer the ones having some reality, some characters whose existence I can believe, or the ones that are exciting, surprising, funny, post-apocalyptic or just fits my current mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I never believed that places like Gran Canaria and the Etna really exists on this Earth. In Heaven, Hell or Middle Earth maybe, but here... WOW!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the languages I speak, computer knowledge, some basic cooking, the roles of the sports I know (basketball, football, squash, chess)...
I'm open to any new knowledge of the same things. Presently I would also appreciate help in how to arrange my small flat to look ample and to look like a home.
