ABOUT ME

I am a Columbus, Ohio native who's been living in Madrid for two and a half years. I'm very easygoing and willing to talk to anybody who has the time.I prefer a life constantly in motion. Anything and everything could happen in the next moment and you have to be able keep up and keep things interesting. I like to keep busy, stay organized and discover new people and places. I don't need to write any more about me - we'll get to know each other at a meeting somewhere!

PHILOSOPHY

Peace & justice. I'm not particularly religious but I am inspired to live my life better because of people like Oscar Romero.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even before I joined CS I met a lot of surfers that some of my best friends back home would host. Creating my own account turned out to be a fabulous idea. I frequently join the meetings in Madrid, and when home in Columbus tried to do the same. Although I can't host, I'm always available for a meet up as I have had wonderful experiences meeting up with Surfers in other cities even when I wasn't crashing their couches.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met wonderful people through CouchSurfing who have become great friends. I've surfed in Valencia, gone to meetings in Madrid and Columbus, and explored Porto and Fez with other surfers. I hope to continue the CS expierence with my upcoming travels as well.

Interests

I'm easy to please, I have fun doing almost anything. Concerts, basketball, cards and reading are primary sources. I am very much a concert-goer, I've been to tons of shows and am always up for more if there's somebody who's also interested.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of movies and music. Rock/Alternative and Action movies are a first choice. Bookwise, I love Neil Gaiman, Paolo Coehlo, and Tracy Chevalier. I also have a deep rooted love for the Harry Potter books.
