Originally from Alexandria, living and working in Cairo, I’m currently preparing for my first-ever solo trip outside Egypt—and it’s taking me through Europe! My journey will take me to Paris, Strasbourg, Italy, and finally Spain. I’m excited to go with the flow as much as possible.

I would describe myself as outgoing, adventurous, and always up for trying something new. I’m flexible and easy-going, happy to adapt to different situations, and I love meeting people from all walks of life. I’ve joined Couchsurfing because I’m passionate about meeting new people and sharing meaningful conversations. Every person has a unique story to tell, and I love learning about their perspectives, cultures, and ways of living. It’s not just about finding a place to stay for me—it’s about building connections, exchanging experiences, and creating memories together.

I’m hoping to connect with hosts who are open to cultural exchanges and enjoy sharing their city with travelers. I’m especially interested in learning about local food, customs, and traditions. If you love cooking, we can definitely cook together! I’d love to share Egyptian food with you, and since I rarely finish a full meal by myself, there’s always plenty to go around.

Beyond food, I’m curious about how people live and work in different parts of the world. Learning about different work styles, habits, and ways of life is something that truly fascinates me, and I’d love to gain insights from my hosts.

During this trip, I’m looking to immerse myself in the natural beauty and historical richness of each place I visit. I love exploring cities on foot, getting lost in the streets, and discovering hidden gems. I’m also a big fan of music, especially traditional and cultural music, so I hope to learn more about the music scene in each country I visit. If you play any instruments or enjoy music as much as I do, I’d love to jam or attend a concert together!

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to movies and books, I don’t stick to one genre. I watch and read depending on my mood. Some days I enjoy deep, thought-provoking films and books, while other times, I just want something light and fun. I’m always open to recommendations, so feel free to share your favorites with me!
