About Me
My VPN says I'm all over the world.. I'm not!.. Still in China :)
Originally from Cork, Ireland, but like to move around.. London is like a second home, lived in Bordeaux, France for over a year, and have been in Shanghai for 8 years! Open minded and likes meeting new and interesting people, especially over a few drinks!... Easy going and easy to get on with, apparently! Worked in PR, Art Consulting, Fashion and at a University as a part time teacher! Haven't been on here in quite a while but going to give it a go again! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Used it quite a bit to meet people when I moved to France and again when I moved to China, which was great, as I got to make some friends in a place where I knew nobody!
No Couchsurfing experiences to date, mostly use here for meeting people when travelling, but not opposed to Couchsurfing at all!
Interests
Music and socalising, apart from that though, travel, travel, TRAVEL! I'm very much a culture junkie. I love geography, urban design, architecture, transport (geek)... I love sun, heat, warm places, so love relaxing poolside travels, but also give me a culture filled city any day - museums, galleries, shopping, nightlife, I'm really not destined to live solitary life in the countryside - love learning about different cultures, especially European and Asian cultures.. and languages, although I can be a bit impatient when it comes to them... Love cooking, and love lots of different types of cuisine, French, Chinese and Indian being favourites, Mexican is up there too. Although I cant paint, I love art, and photography!
