I am Rowan, in the photo with me is my roommate and best friend Audrey. We have been friends since our first year of university, and have been on three trips together. We love adventuring, exploring and meeting new people.

My roommate and I are avid travellers who are planning on doing a full year abroad in 2019. We joined couchsurfing because we thought this would be a great way to meet interesting people along the way!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

We were backpacking through Bali and ended up paying a hostel owner to keep watch over our backpacks, packed a day bag each and rented some mopeds to drive around the north eastern rim of Bali for 5 days. We took a wrong turn and ended up lost in the mountains on all terrain roads. A local family who had a home up there ended up inviting us in for some juice and drew us a map of how to get back to the main road.

Teach:
We're both able to teach English, and Audrey can teach french. I often tutor english grammar and vocabulary, and Audrey is able to help with some basic marketing and communication planning if anyone is looking for some help in that department!

Learn:
We both love learning new languages, and skills. (Actively trying to learn Spanish).

We're happy to share our travel experiences so far (the list of countries visited is a collection of our adventures both together and separately). We're more than happy to help with some cooking, cleaning and errands while we're staying with you as well!
