PHILOSOPHY

We love Austin. We would have stayed in Austin and never had a day without adventure. That's why we had to flee the country. To be content, to stay in one place when the world is just so huge and flavorful!--how sad that would be. Now we're in Argentina, loving it. We'll stay a while, fall thoroughly in love with everything this country has to offer, then move on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want to meet other travelers as they come through Mendoza and show them all the sights and give them all the tips that another Couch Surfer, Karen, gave us when we met her. We're also hoping to travel to other cities and crash on a couch or two. There's nothing like seeing a new place through the eyes of someone who's lived there!

兴趣

Both of us: Hiking, wine, adventure, wine, World Cup (vamos Argentina!!!), bodegas, cinema, vineyards, the variety and flavor of local cuisine, vino, writing & editing. Oh, and finely fermented grapes.
Samantha: Landscape design/permaculture, surfing, swimming, painting/inking.
Thomas: Wine.
