My name is Roxani and I am a teacher of the Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, QiGong and Butoh and a professional performer and director. I have been always looking for the connections between art and healing. I am interested in how to help people find mindfulness in their everyday activities and learn to use their bodies in a way that minimises pain and discomfort and allows freedom in motion. I am a professional physical theatre performer and a retired aerial acrobat . I love nature and animals and enjoy life as art!
