Hi Couchsurfing community! I'm originally from Valparaíso, Chile. After I completed college I came to the United States as part of the Au Pair program and I stayed here ever since. During that year I fulfilled my dream to travel to Europe for the first time. But it was several years later that I really made it a goal to try to travel internationally at least once a year. I am a single mom of a 14 year old boy who lives with me most of the time and my sweet cat Ruby.

Music is very important to me. I mostly like rock, punk and metal. But I also enjoy dancing music like merengue, reggeaton, cumbia.
I'm not the most avid reader; however, I've been enjoying books about travel, specifically 'How to travel the world on 50 dollars a day'

I can communicate fluently in English and Spanish and I love to learn about different languages and cultures. I am also a former Zumba instructor so if you need to brush up on your dancing skills we can definitely do that.
