Compartir tiempo, aunque sea poco, con gente de los lugares a los que vas, es genial. Puedes ver el lugar y sus circunstancias a través de otros lentes. Además, considero una buena oportunidad ahorrar dinero de hospedajes para ocuparlo en salidas dentro del mismo viaje.

Sharring time with people from the places you go, even if it's not that much, is great. You can see the place and it's circumstances through some other glasses. Plus, i think it's a good opportunity to save money on accommodation to spend it for going out on the same trip.
