Hi ! My name is Roxane, I grew up in Normandie, a state in the north of France.
After spending a year at Dominican University of California in the US, I came back to France and started a masters degree in International Business and Management. I spent my second semester abroad in Bangkok at Thammasat University, followed by a 3 months internship in a media buying agency in Brighton, England.
The end of my studies is coming. One internship left and I will be graduated.
A new start is coming, with new adventures and opportunities to travel the world !

My first Couchsurfing experiences happened when I studied abroad in the United States in 2017. I travelled by myself during Winter Break, and decided to use Couchsurfing to meet people, I loved it!
It was completely new for me, and meeting generous and friendly people all around the USA, sharing great stories and much more, made my travels so much special!
To me, that's the best way to discover a country, by being close to local people and sharing our culture.

Since I started using Couchsurfing in 2017, I can't see a better way to travel the world.
I want to be part of the Couchsurfing community to make each of my trips unique, thanks to you, every single individual I meet along the way.
Interactions with people are making the best memories, luxurious hotel are not for me.
I want to continue to share time, stories, tips, and believe in humanity by living the Couchsurfing experience !

I took the decision to leave France in 2017 to study abroad for a year in California. I made that choice alone, I left France, and was the only French in the all campus. It was the best experience ever, the greatest year of my entire life so far, and a revelation. Definitely the best thing I ever decided to do.
