I couchsurf for different reasons . Sometimes it is because there were no reasonable hotels available. But mainly because I like to cook my own food and share meals with others. Also having a non- tourist input is important to me when traveling someplace for the first time.

I have saw many of the "Wonders of the Worlds" but usually my most memorable times have been meeting complete strangers that have no agendas and having the time of my life. I have decided if it is a recommended tourist spot I will most likely skip.
