About Me
CURRENT MISSION
wonder, wander and live life to the fullest
ABOUT ME
The Bonderman fellowship has given me a once in a lifetime opprotunity to travel the world. I just completed graduate school and prior to that was working for 5 years as a social worker. I never thought I would have the opportunity to travel for one year and in addition to the places I will see, I am the most excited for the people I will meet in this coming year. Also, during my travels, I am interested in learning about displaced communities and building relationships with people across the globe and challenging myself in new ways!
PHILOSOPHY
Live life to the fullest and appreciate every moment you have. Treat people with love and caring and nurture your relationships.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love connecting with people from different walks of life in order to build understanding between groups. I believe this is the only way we will break down the walls that too often separate us and see each other as human beings. I have focused a lot of my life and career on social justice work and I think hearing each other’s stories is the first step in feeling part of a global community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet...excited to see what it's like.
Interests
I love to travel, cook, dance, laugh, eat, listen to music, learn new languages, be with my friends, and make new friends! I also love talking and hearing others life stories and world views and can have a conversation with just about anyone.
