ABOUT ME

This time of the year, I spend a lot of my time in my garden growing fruits, veggies, herbs, and flowers. My favorite vegetable is the carrot, although I have not grown my own- yet! I prefer to be outside and hike the Pine Barrens whenever I get the chance.

I currently work as a patient advocate with a women's center and hold a leadership position in the South Jersey National Organization for Women. I also coordinate clinic escort volunteers and help fundraiser for equal access to abortion care.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted through CS in the past and have hosted musicians playing local shows. In the future, I would love to surf some couches on my travels!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I have not yet surfed through the site, I have been greeted and welcomed by some awesome people in the past and hope to pass on the hospitality!

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I can appreciate all types of music, but I have a soft spot for heavy metal, grind, doom, experimental/noise, and the blues.

Can't get enough of older science fiction and actions films like Alien, They Live!, Star Ward, Big Trouble in Little China..

I tend to ready mostly non fiction about gardening, geography, history, feminism, and whatever else I can get my hands. I also enjoy graphic novels such as Saga, Chew, and East of West.
