To meet people from all over the world! sharing travel stories and showing off all the lovely things to see in our local area! We really like to be involved with CS that we host so if your wanting solo time and not to chat with hosts we're probably not the hosts for you :)

ABOUT ME

I am 29 years old... I have been married to my childhood friend (Sam) since 2009.
we love doing stuff!! Since marrying in 2009 we have been on many overseas back packing adventures and love meeting people from all over the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having a true couchsurfing experience where it is more than "free accommodation" but instead a trading of experience, cultures and getting to know one another, their back grounds, beliefs and lifestyle.
Come and stay with us, were laid back and welcoming people :) Sam and I will show you the true Aussie life style!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted a few CS since joining in 2014, we have had mostly (all but one) amazing positive experiences and have hugely enjoyed meeting new people. We especially enjoy showing CS around our area!!

Me and my hubby love doing stuff, we both have our open water dive certificates!
Love the outdoors- especially the ocean, full epic beach days are one of my favorite things!
I love camping and hanging out by an open fire!!
I also really enjoy playing cards and board games!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

We did a 190KM walk around the Annapurna circuit in Kathmandu... AMMMMAZING!!!
We also spent some time in Myanmar meeting the beautiful local people and being emerged in their culture!
We have traveled countless months through the awesome SE Asia
In 2012 I decided to go back to school to study nursing as a "mature student"

we have surfboards and are not too far from some pretty decent surf beaches... my husband sam is more of a surfer than me and willing to take someone out and give em some pointers ;)
If you wanna go camping and we have the time I would love to take you out tent/ bush camping!
If given enough warning we could even take ya on a sight seeing trip down the great ocean road too ;)

Well Sam is a far better cook than me so maybe to save an awkward dinner experience Sam will cook a lovely meal (we could try to think of an Australian meal but these mostly are strange!) We know a few cool easy to learn card games too if that's your thing I can teach you- if not that ok ;)
We are really happy to be involved with our hosts if you want to spend time with us, we can tell you a little about our country (and hopefully return the favor and host you if you are ever in Oz, we have a whole spare room you can have to yourself!)
