ABOUT ME

I'm very laid back, go-with-the-flow kind of guy but I definitely have my opinions. I LOVE meeting new people, especially individuals from other cultures. My mind is going 100mph so everything makes sense to me, but sometimes I don't articulate the way I initially intended. I'm rather spontaneous and I'm always up for an adventure, doesn't matter if it's down the street or across the ocean, I always want to try new things.

I'm WAY too curious of the world to ever stop learning. I can't go a day without listening to music. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are nostalgic for me. I'm brutally honest and can only wish for the same from others. I've never felt more comfortable in a pair of jeans and I hope that the rest of the people I meet in my life are at least half as loyal as my dog (RIP).

My roommate also participates on here so if I say "we," during any of this, I'm not talking about my pet fly I keep in my pocket.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted plenty of friends and family members throughout the years. We've had a few couch surfers stay with us from on here, our first was from Germany and I loved every second of it. Will be visiting the UK at the end of Sept, it will be my first time visiting and couch surfing.

Intereses

I live an active lifestyle and I like to go out. We both think life is too short to just sit around so we try and get our hands on everything. I love design and to draw/paint. I'm also currently playing on a flag football and volleyball team to get through this rather hellacious winter.

Sucker for documentaries and foreign films.

Music:Damien Rice and Alanis are at the top of my list. Books:Anything by David Sedaris. To Kill a Mocking Bird, Where the Red Fern Grows (loved it as a kid), Running with Scissors, Memoirs of a Geisha, Celestine Prophecy, In Cold Blood. All art or design books, pictures are so purdy.

I was able to tie my shoes before any of my siblings, top that! Ah, but on a more serious and personal note I came out of the closet when I was 16, I think that says a lot about my character. Hence the previous saying I said I like, "To thy ownself be true."
