ABOUT ME

I have been travelling on this journey for 17 months, covering NZ, Australia, South East Asia and now India. As a person people tell me I am fun, dependable, sometimes loud, likes a laugh and a beer, too serious at times.

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life to the full but not at the expense of others. I have raised a son of whom I am extremely proud and am now taking some time out for me, to widen my personal experiences, do things way off the domestic track and share with those tied to jobs, families, commitments and insecurities back at home.

I am absolutely loving travelling around parts of the world, seeing the sights, learning new cultures and meeting people. Enjoy reading, trying to forget about work until I have finished my travels, mentoring my son in his new business ventures.

I have many years experience from the school of hard knocks, I am competently practical and can turn my hand to most things. I have a generally sunny disposition and a "glass half full" mentality. Recently well travelled with a pretty good memory and an eye for anecdotes I am a small font of eclectic knowledge that I like to share (hopefully my pearls of wisdom and received as enthusiastically as they are delivered).
