ABOUT ME

I am a human! but you probably know that much already!I'm originally Lebanese, have lived in Canada for a long time and I have moved to Norway a little while ago.

Im a fellow traveller, still have too many places to go to, too many things to learn so the search for excitement and change is a constant goal. I love being outdoors, it gives both peace of mind and also adrenaline and excitement ..
I want to meet as many people as i can, share a laugh with them, play some music with them,learn something from them and perhaps teach something in return! and I want to discover the world while I'm at it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help as much as I can, so whenever I have a free couch, or any space at all, anybody is welcome to stay.

I work in the day time but I'll be more than happy to hang out with you, get to know you and show you Oslo in the afternoons/weekends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not many, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Poland,and I have made wonderful friends eveytime! :)

Playing my guitar..
I'm an active dude so I love the outdoors activities like Skiing, Sailing, rock climbing, camping and cycling,!
Love diving as well!
I play some different sports: soccer,basketball,volleyball,ping pong, swimming.
I love Learning new languages(currently working on Norwegian and after comes spanish),reading is another interest aslo..
I love cooking..I crochet.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a big part of my life.. Which genre? Lots depending on the mood and situation!! lately, I'm listening and playing mainly indie & folk, accoustic..but heavy metal,classic rock and the oldies are always there.

For books, lately I've been reading a bit of fantasy, Game of Thrones, His Dark Material...

Don't watch movies much lately..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If i had to name some:

I had christmas twice in one day by crossing the international time line right on christmas :)

Skydived over New Zealand

A turkish Hamam/bath by the biggest hairest turkish man i've seen!I think i might have blacked out for a second or two!

Hiked a trail overnight in Flip-flops (although that probably falls under the category "Stupid" more than "Amazing" :)

Flew a Cessna plane!

Drove through the Australian Outback!

But LIFE itself is an amazing thing i've done and seen, and far from done yet!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach whoever is interested how to play the guitar. If the weather is good then I can also teach you to sail and we can go for a trip in the Fjord.
Can show you how to crochet hats and scarfs and anything you want (yes i crochet),how to speak/write arabic, i can share some interesting pieces of trivia! some fun stories i had along the way! how to build a race car! or any other part of my life and what I've learned so far!

What I would want to learn.. EVERYTHING! I want to learn the piano, yoga,I want to do wingsuit Base jumping, piloting,I want to start painting, how to do backflips. :D yup, EVERYTHING..
