I am a 33-year old, fun-loving and adventurous person. I was born and raised in Namibia and went to university in South Africa. I currently moved back to Cape Town, after living in Knysna for 2 years. So I am taking this opportunity to travel a bit before either opening my own private practice or applying for work somewhere in the Western Cape. I have until the 22nd of December to explore and embrace the "wanderer" in me. I have a compassionate heart and genuine care for people. I also love life and am a spiritual person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and discover new countries, and feel a local experience of any city or town is more meaningful (for me, that is). I am a very sociable person, but also enjoy some quiet and alone time. I am looking for a good balance between meeting new people and also completing my personal "sabbatical".

This is difficult to say - there are so many! I like more-or-less any kind of music (as long as there is a beat, I will be smiling), can watch any movie (depending on my mood), and also read a wide variety of books (when I have time). :)

I bungee-jumped early this year and absolutely loved it!!! :) I will do it again ... someday ...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Afrikaans and am currently learning French and Portuguese myself. When I am back in South Africa, I would be happy to also host and share my culture with anyone keen to have an African experience.
