I am a person who relearns and realizes who I am, and what I like or dislike. Maybe I don't exactly know who I am, but I know who I want to be. I want to be a chill, cheerful, easy-going, enjoying-the-moment person, and every day I try to be "that" person.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I travel alone most of the time, which is a great way to meet new and most importantly local people. I like to have deep conversations about the differences between cultures, and if the host has time, I would like to explore the city with the host. Couchsurfing is a great way to fulfill these needs.

According to my Spotify account, I listen to Indie music the most. I also try to follow educational podcasts. What kind of music I listen to depends on my mood. I listen to classical, or soundtrack music while I am studying. If I feel down I try to avoid slow music. I guess in general I listen to upbeat or meaningful music.

If I had to make a list of favorite films and Tv shows; La La Land, Fleabag, Captain Fantastic, Head On, Little Miss Sunshine, Z, La Haine, Les Quatre Cents Coups, Metropolis, The Office, Bojack Horseman, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, The Wire, and Six Feet Under would definitely be in the list.

For the last couple of years, I realized that I do not read fictional and self-help books as much as I used to. I try to read books about the deepest feelings of the person.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When I was working at a kite store in America, North Carolina, I tried tandem hang gliding, and it was amazing! I was flying literally beyond the clouds!

I can teach everything about Turkish culture. Like politics, education system, food, and how people live... since I am actually Kurdish I can also teach Kurdish culture and everything you can imagine about those cultures. We can have long conversations about these cultures with the host.

I am ready to learn anything! I believe that everyone and everything is an opportunity to learn something new and even useful.
