ABOUT ME

I'm serious. And quiet, although I have a sense of humor. It's just dry and sometimes a little on the sarcastic side. But that's something I'm working on because when you hit your 30s, sarcasm isn't as charming as it once was. You simply become an asshole. That would introduce my age, I suppose. I'm 33 and I produce a documentary travel show for internet streaming devices. I'm studying journalism as an extension of travel doc work into travel writing.
I do like to laugh, although I'm frequently too busy to. I live in a small apartment in Hollywood, one block away from the famous Chinese Theater and the Kodak, where the Oscars are held. I like living in urban areas and love L.A. because I can easily escape the city when I'm inclined to do so.
I have a background in performing arts, and I love to dance and see shows of all sorts. I was a formally trained dancer, but for fun, I study Argentine Tango. I can be found in art museums before bars, although if there's a bar in an art museum, all the better.
Most people who meet me for the first time are surprised that I'm so short - under 5'.
My social and political views are liberal/progressive. I have no religious views, although I have definite views on spirituality.
I'm driven and ambitious, and I have a low tolerance for superficial chatter. I like to be engaged and inspired by people I spend my personal time with, and I hope they feel that they are the same by me.

I've surfed in South AFrica and had a wonderful time, and I subsequently hosted a friend here in L.A. that I had met in SA.
