ABOUT ME

We are a newly married couple from the US. We lived in Barcelona, Spain for four years and we just moved back to the US and are making our home near Portland, Oregon.

We want nothing more than to see the world - we've only scratched the surface but have loved every bit that we've seen. We love meeting people, asking questions, and learning from people of all different backgrounds. There is so much to be seen and experienced, we just try to take it as we come to it! We love learning from people different than us, and discovering new perspectives.

Oh, and we are not looking for a romantic getaway, so don't worry about that :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've used CS to meet people and get together for drinks, games, etc., and have surfed in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had wonderful experiences and met incredible people! We love exchanging stories with those we meet.

Going on a four day safari in the Masai Mara. Wouldn't trade it for the world!

Hiked Trolltunga in Norway and it was breathtaking!!

Drove through a snowstorm in Petra and thought we were going to die, but made it alive!

We are very respectful guests. We totally understand people have lives and can be busy, so we are totally capable of being independent and don't expect anyone to drop everything to be with us! We do want to get to know people though, so we always try to spend at least an evening meal together or grab a drink so we can hear your story :)
