About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get out and meet/greet other human beings.

ABOUT ME

At this juncture of my Life I am so into exploring people in general. I enjoy positive light/energy people, ones that can share theirs willingly. I recently moved to Arizona from the Pacific NorthWest (which I truely love) to add some change to my life and career. I enjoy exploring the desert and the surrounding areas of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Hike, bike and explore as much as I can when the weather permits. I am the youngest of 5 children, my parents have been married over 55 years...wow. My mother is of Spanish desent and my father is German. I have a cat named "Sayzar", female version of Ceasar. Live in a Resort Community in The Old Town Part of Scottsdale. Has lots of shopping, galleries, resturants and things to explore.

PHILOSOPHY

Karma is big. I really enjoy being with positive people. My soul is deep.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to host some fellow travelers and get to know more about them and the places they come from. To share stories and build a better world community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this and hope I have the chance to try it locally and internationally very soon. I had a similar experience when I first visited the HI islands back in 1986, met some local people who open their home and culture to me....what a lasting experience to have.

Interests

Geology, hiking, peoples experiences, biking, people watching, collecting art, hand made pottery and cooking as well as entertaining others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy all different music. I love Foreign films and cultural events. I am reading a ton of Horticutulre books as I have a love of Plants and landscapes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My mother taught me how to garden and cook when I was just 5 years old (peanut butter and jelly for my brothers and sister) but it was still cooking, kinda. I got hooked. She always let us kids grow our own gardens while young to teach us skills. Ask me about horse tea some time....

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a passion for cooking and enjoy entertaining others. When in my kitchen I hope people pick up a knife, spoon or fork and help with the experience. Cooking connects people. Oh, and I am always willing to learn new recipes. I wish to learn and share new ways on becoming a more positive soul.
