About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish traveling South America. Colombia,Venezuela,Ecuador,Paraguay I made a day trip out of does that count? Also French Guiana,Suriname, Guyana?

ABOUT ME

I'm a very down to earth person and work as a beer tour guide teaching people about beer and having a great time!

In my free time I enjoy going on hikes, playing disc golf, longboarding, snowboarding, running, playing guitar, singing for people and cooking.

PHILOSOPHY

Cheerish the moments that life brings you because before you know it, it´s all in the past. I also believe in karma and what goes around comes around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCH SURFING

I've attended couch surfing meetings throughout South America and the U.S. and gotta say that I've met some wonderful people through this website. I love to show people around the city I live in, go out for a beer, or get out to do something fun and exciting and sometimes preferably nature related.

I'm really grateful for the hospitality that each and every couch surfer has given me and with my current living situation I might actually be able to host a few people!!!

COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE

It's amazing how fantastic the couch surfing community is and how helpful they are with making you feel at home.

My first couch surfing experience was in Santiago, Chile and my host Felipe truly showed me the ropes.

During my 3 month backpacking trip, my second experience was in Cordoba,Argentina with Dario and it has only gotten better.

Not only have I met great people through being hosted, but also through grabbing a drink with locals while on my travels.

I've had the opportunity to do an apprenticeship in England learning about the brewing industry, working in it, and trying some fantastic beers!

Some of my favorite nature spots in the world are Humboldt County and the Redwood forest, Siskiyou county and Mt.Shasta the place I call home, Patagonia, Lake Titicaca, Machu Picchu,Amazon,Iguazu Falls, and the Florida Keys.

My favorite cities I've visited have been London, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, San Diego,Rio De Janeiro, and Santiago

I can help but just keep it at one!

Teach, Learn, Share

I wanna learn how to play different styles of music on my guitar and share my reggae music I've written with others.

I love to share my experiences not only with couch surfing but how fantastic South America was and how to make the most of it on a shoe string budget. I'm also a big fanatic for cooking Mexican dishes.

I can teach you a thing or two about fixing your car, how to write a pretty good job resume, and give tips on how to start your own business. If you're really lucky I can teach you how to make beer!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook a variety of dishes ranging from classic American cuisine to Latin and Asian dishes. Additionally I love to brew beer and have made wine in the past as well.

I also love business and brainstorming with others on ideas for opportunities. Additionally I'm a true believer that in this globalized world our limits are set by our mindset on how we look at things.
