Music, Movies, and Books

I never tire of rereading: "The People of Paper" by Salvador Plascencia, "Middlesex" by Jeffrey Eugenides, anything by Derrick Jensen, "Please Don't Kill the Freshman" by Zoe Trope or any of William Carlos William's or Anis Mojgani's poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Witnessing the migration of the Wildebeest through the Masai Mara in Kenya was truly an incredible sight. Such pounding of hooves; I could feel the ground shake in my chest. Biking 350 miles in 5 days was pretty good, too.

Teach, Learn, Share

A raw red bell pepper has more vitamin c than a raw grapefruit! Eat your fruits and veggies raw (excepting tomatoes, which actually are better for you cooked)! The nile monitor is the second largest lizard in the world! Giraffes' tongues can grow to be up to 18 inches long! Sea otters have 10x the amount of fur per square inch than people have on their heads!

Countries I’ve Visited

India, Kenya, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
