I'm passionate about people, the great outdoors, well-being, and how it all comes together. I spend most of my time reading/writing/thinking about those things. I also enjoy traveling, running, cycling, hanging out with friends, making and watching movies.

Had the opportunity to bobsled down the Lillehammer Olympic Luge Track. That was pretty cool/terrifying.
