Trying to find more hobbies and passions. Work seems to have taken some of those away from me...

ABOUT ME

I'm a laid back person. I think before I act (most of the time anyway) and I respect all things living.
On my travels I am awed by the wonders of the world, like a kid in a playground I have to try everything out.
I am open minded and don't think in boxes, I respect people's religions and beliefs, although I myself do not follow one. I do however identify with Buddhism here and there, and a little meditation would do everyone good.

Learning of other cultures and meeting new people brightens my understanding of the world and most importantly I can discover who I am myself this way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Would love to meet new people and cultures. It's been a while since I've been active, but I want to get involved again. Also have 1 or 2 spaces available if people want to visit :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

From back in 2008: Travelling through the US using only CS...what a wonderful thing...I'd say my experience as a surfer keeps increasing with each visit...

Would love to now add some host experience to that!

Intereses

Well there are a lot of things that interest me, so I will only list down the things that come right from the top of my mind and which occupy me right now:

-Reading (mostly books, but I enjoy reading newspapers as well)
-Music (Every genre of music has it's pearls, as for me my heart truly lies at the fields of rock)
-Movies (Oh well who doesn't like to relax and watch a good movie)
-Travelling (The obvious one I suppose)
-Camping (A tent, a sleeping bag and some company: all set for a great time)

Movies: Lord of the Rings, Kill Bill and anything that makes me laugh (not that much in movies unfortunately)
