Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to work my way through becoming a Chef - while travelling the world!
ABOUT ME
Travelling is a passion I am still trying to fulfill and cooking is a newly-discovered love which I am still mastering. I hope to do more of both! And oh, I also do cross-stitching when I'm at home. I only do geisha patterns. :P
PHILOSOPHY
I would rather spend my money traveling than buying a gadget. I would rather travel alone than watch a romantic concert. If I stay single for the rest of my life yet given the opportunity to travel, I would go for that!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am not yet ready to host as I am in the process of moving. I am preparing for travels outside the country - China is my first stop - and I want to make the most out of my CouchSurfing experience
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have a friend who is an active CS host here in Manila and everytime she has a surfer, she invites me over to entertain her guest/s. I have bee to a few CS parties, too. I would like to get to know more foreigner surfers and hosts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In December 2009, I was a part of the group of culinary students and chefs who worled with Kraft Eden Cheddar Cheese to break the world record for the most number of plates served in one day. The preparation took a week - we were able to serve 5,845 plates and beat India's record!!!
The latest accomplishment I did was to travel Western Visayas jumping from one city to another alone.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a few knife and kitchen skills, secrets and techniques I can share from my great chef mentors. I would like to learn other languages.
