ABOUT ME

I love to travel because of the constant excitement of it all. I'm a photographer, a painter, a writer and a friend to talk to and laugh with. I love spontaneous adventures that happen because you're living in the moment.
I find that I have to be near water for peace of mind and for this reason I think I have a natural attraction toward islands. I love cooking, camping, going to live shows and dancing.
I tend to drive a lot on the US east coast and have an 89' Honda with 344,000 miles called 24K (she's spray painted gold). I appreciate living in the US- being able to cruise down the road and see friends and family-- go to a potluck, rummage through thrift stores, take a hot shower, grab a cheap burger and a bottle of wine... but wanderlust always sets in. It's just a matter of time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch-surfed in the Dominican Republic for the first time and had a really positive experience. I'm planning to go to Southeast Asia this summer and I'd love to meet some wonderful interesting people hiding out there!
